Faroe directors resign

Faroe Petroleum's executive directors have given notice of resignation amid DNO's imminent full takeover over of Faroe. On Friday, Faroe said that following the announcement made by DNO on 11 January "that it now owns or controls shares representing approximately 63.32% of the company's total issued share capital, Graham Stewart (chief executive), Jonathan Cooper (chief financial officer) and Helge Hammer (chief operating officer) together the 'Executive Directors' have given three months' notice of termination of their employ- ment with the company.
