UK offshore regulator Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) has launched an ‘Out of Round’ offer of two areas - Blocks 3/24c and 3/29c - around the Northern North Sea Rhum field. The OGA said that applications can be made via the Petroleum Licence Applications Repository (LARRY) system on its Energy Portal and will follow the normal Licensing Round application process.
