Seabed GeoSolutions return vessel

Seabed GeoSolutions, a joint venture between Fugro and CGG, has decided to return the Vantage seismic vessel to Norway’s Eidesvik Offshore earlier than previously agreed. Eidesvik said that it had received notice of early re-delivery from Seabed Geosolutions for the Vantage vessel. As a result, the contract for the vessel has been cancelled. Eidesvik won contracts for the charter of the Vantage and Subsea Viking vessel duo from Seabed GeoSolutions in February this year.
