Personal Care Recovers in 2002

Chemical Market Reporter recently featured an article written by Doris de Guzman, which reported that cosmetics and personal care posted a small recovery in 2002 with sales increasing 2 to 4 percent from 2001. Color cosmetics posted an overall sales increase of 4.3 percent, while lip color cosmetics retained its position as top performer and held the highest mumber of product introductions.
