Shearwater GeoServices has been awarded a 3D broadband marine seismic acquisition contract from India’s state-owned ONGC for the planned 2017/2018 season. Shearwater said that the surveys would take around five months to complete with a main streamer vessel mobilising to the Asia Pacific region in Q4 2017.
