HOEC submits India B-80 plan

India’s Hindustan Oil Exploration Company (HOEC) has submitted a Field Development Plan (FDP) for Block B-80 offshore India to the country’s Directorate General of Hydrocarbon (DGH). B-80 is located in the Mumbai Offshore area and was awarded under Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round 2016 in March 2017. HOEC is the operator of the field with 50% stake and Adbhoot Estates Private holds the other 50% interest.
