Farstad restructuring backed

Service vessel player Farstad Shipping has gained support for its financial restructuring plans. In early February, Farstad entered into an agree- ment for a fully-funded financial restructuring, subsequent to which the company agreed to com- bine with Solstad Offshore and Deep Sea Supply to form a new Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) com- pany with a fleet of 154 vessels.
