Neptune completes VNG buy

Neptune Energy Group has completed the acquisitionof VNG Norge,following signing contractson 28 June.The deal adds three producing fields,two developmentprojects and 42 licences to Neptune’sexisting portfolio,consolidating the companyamongst the top five independent producers onthe Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS),by equityproduction.
