Empyrean Energy has signed a ProductionSharing Contract (PSC) with CNOOC for Block29/11 offshore China.Phase 1 of the PSC will last for 2.5 years with acommitment to drill one exploration well to adepth of 2,500m (8,203ft) or to the BasementFormation.
