RockRose Energy has completed the US $123.7m(€107m) acquisition of Dyas,a wholly owned subsidiaryof the Netherlands’SHV Holdings.The effective date of the Dyas acquisition is 1January 2018.The deal adds a further 13m boenet developed reserves ‘with material undevelopedand prospective resource upside’ and morethan 5,000 boe/d of production to RockRose.
