Norway's geology funding hike

As part of the national budget for 2019, Norway's government plans to increase funding to geological surveying with US 6.05m (NOK 50m). The government said the investment was being made to continue the acquisition of knowledge through mapping of the petroleum resources in the northern parts of the Barents Sea off Norway.
