Rakushechnoye work starts

Construction work has started on infrastructure for the Rakushechnoye field development project in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea. Rakushechnoye is Russian player Lukoil's third large project in the Caspian Sea following the Yury Korchagin and Vladimir Filanovsky fields. Commercial oil production, with an estimated plateau level of 8.8m bbl (1.2m tonnes), is scheduled to start in 2023.
