Norway Castberg PDO approved

Equinor’s Plan for Development and Operation (PDO) for the U$ 6.12 Bn Johan Castberg field project in the Barents Sea has been approved by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. Equinor submitted the PDO for Johan Castberg field in December 2017. The development concept includes a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel and a subsea solution with a total of 30 wells, 10 subsea templates and two satellite structures.
