The international offshore rig count was up by six rigs sequentially but down by seven year-overyear, according to April 2018 rig count reports by GE unit Baker Hughes. Baker Hughes’ international rig count includes land and offshore rigs from Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
