DeepOcean buys Delta SubSea

DeepOcean has acquired Delta SubSea and in doing so has “expanded its presence” into the US Gulf of Mexico (GoM). “Delta SubSea is an agile and cost effective provider of Inspection Maintenance and Repair (IMR) and light construction services with a strong focus on the GoM and US based cus- tomers with international operations such as West Africa, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana,” DeepOcean said of its acquisition. The value of the deal was not revealed by the companies.
