Egypt's Dolphinus Holdings will buy US $15 Bn of Israeli natural gas via two 10-year agreements that Israel hopes will strengthen diplomatic ties between the two nations. The partners in Israel's Tamar and Leviathan offshore gas fields said they would supply Dolphinus with around 64 Bcm (2.26 Tcf) of gas over 10 years. Half of the supply will come from each field and the proceeds shared equally, Reuters reported. Israel's Delek Group and USbased Noble Energy lead the gas projects.
