Hibiscus buys UK assets

Malaysia’s Hibiscus Petroleum has entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (PSA) to acquire UK Licence P2366 from United Oil & Gas and Swift Exploration. Hibiscus entered into the SPA via its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Anasuria Hibiscus UK for up to US $5m in cash. The blocks lie in the UK North Sea, 250km northeast of Aberdeen.
