UK-based consultants Xodus Group has agreed to acquire Australia’s Green Light Environmental. Xodus said that the new integrated environmen- tal capability in Perth (Australia) would be led by Petrina Raitt, who was the managing director of Green Light Environmental. Raitt also founded eBase, a cloud-based envi- ronmental impact assessment platform aimed at supporting EIA and project approvals.
