UK offshore regulator Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) has launched an ‘Out of Round’ offer of two areas - Blocks 3/24c and 3/29c - around the Northern North Sea Rhum field. The OGA said that applications can be made via the Petroleum Licence Applications Repository (LARRY) system on its Energy Portal and will fol- low the normal Licensing Round application process.
