Malaysia’s Icon Offshore has won a long-term contract from Shell for the provision of an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel. Icon Offshore said that the 825-day contract had started on 6 April. Shell has options to extend the contract by up to two years. The contract is valued at around US $9.4m (RM 39m), inclusive of the optional extension period. Icon did not say which vessel has been deployed under the contract.
