COOEC-Expro form alliance

China-based offshore and subsea solutions player COOEC Offshore has made an alliance with UK international oilfield services company Expro. The exclusive agreement between the compa- nies, which both provider subsea and well inter- vention solutions, intends to enable the alliance “to expand its capabilities and resources.”
