Timor-Leste launches new round

Timor-Leste has launched its second licensing round following the recent maritime border treaty with Australia - with 11 offshore and seven onshore blocks up for grabs. The licensing round was launched at the first Timor-Leste Oil & Gas Summit by Prime Minister Taur Matan Ruak.
