Tap Oil has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kensington Energy “to sell its residual Australian and New Zealand portfolio.” Tap said the deal was consistent with its three- pronged strategy of: focusing capital and capabil- ity on Manora reinvestment opportunities; ratio- nalising and commercialising the Australian portfolio; and reducing capital, operating and cor- porate costs.
