Jogmec to finance Timor costs

Jogmec will provide equity financing for Timor Sea exploration activity costs to fellow Japanese player Inpex.The financing is for exploration work on the JPDA11-106 contract area in the Joint Petroleum Development Area(JPDA)in the Timor Sea,which is jointly administered by Timor Leste and Australia.Italy’s Eni operates JPDA11-106 with a 40.53% stake,while Timor Leste’s state player Timor Gap holds 24% and Inpex has 35.47%.
