Exxon to sell North Sea assets

US major ExxonMobil is looking to offload all off its assets in Norway in a move that could be the largest sale the 2006 merger between Statoil and Norsk, according to reports. ExxonMobil is considering selling all of the equity it holds in oil and gas fields offshore Norway, including stakes in Equinor-operated Snorre and Shell-operated Ormen Lange fields, Reuters reported.
