InfraStrata, the UK player focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset life- cycle management, has completed the acquisition of the assets of Harland and Wolff (H&W). InfraStrata now has 100% ownership of the assets following a US $4.33m (￡3.30m) payment to BDO LLP. An additional $1.90m (￡1.45m) is payable by 30 April 2020.
