Seacor sells ERRV to North Star

Seacor Marine will sell its North Sea Emergency Response and Rescue Vessel (ERRV) business to North Star for US $25.2m (￡19.5m). North Star could also pay up to $5.2m (￡4.0m) based on revenue targets being achieved in 2020 and 2021.?The deal is due to close in early December 2019, if all conditions are met.
