KrisEnergy to sell Indon stake

KrisEnergy has agreed to sell its 30% stake in the Andaman II Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in the Malacca Strait offshore Indonesia to an unnamed operator. A binding letter of offer for the equity was accepted after taking into consideration the future exploration cost and risks associated with deep- water activities, KrisEnergy said.
