Malin Sentinel sails to Aberdeen

The last vessel in a US $188.2m investment pro- gramme for Sentinel Marine has set sail from China and is due in Aberdeen around 20 August. The offshore support vessel Malin Sentinel, which sailed from Cosco yard in Dalian, will travel to Aberdeen via Singapore and the Suez Canal. The new vessel joins the Sentinel Marine fleet of?Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRVs), which operate in the North Sea and which perform additional tasks beyond the tradi- tional?rescue vessel?duties.?Earlier this year, Sentinel Marine announced contract wins and extension worth $45.2m (￡36m).
