Eni Sees New Angola Hub Potential

Italy’s Eni is ramping up exploration in Angola after another significant oil discovery on offshore Block 15/16, which currently pumps 150,000 b/d from two production hubs. Eni announced the new find Monday at the Afoxe NFW well, which proved 20 meters of net pay of high-quality 37° API oil and showed potential to flow at 5,000 b/d, the company said.
