CNPC May Join Arctic LNG-2 With Total’s Terms

Novatek is ready to sell a stake in the proposed Arctic LNG-2 project to China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) on the same terms agreed by France’s Total, the Russian company’s boss Leonid Mikhelson said Tuesday.
