Russia is looking to forge closer energy ties with Argentina, including the potential development of oil and gas sector equipment, as Moscow seeks partners to help overcome US sanctions that are putting a brake on energy projects. According to documents seen on Friday by International Oil Daily, Russian Fracturing Co. and Argentina's QM Equipment are looking at designing and manufacturing oil and gas equipment in Russia, Argentina and elsewhere.
