OECD Stocks Flirt With Five-Year Average

Commercial oil stocks in the OECD came within a hair of the Opec benchmark for gauging the global oil market rebalancing in January, the earliest data points for the US, Europe, Japan and South Korea show. Crude and product stocks fell again in January against their five-year average, landing just 9 million barrels above the mark.
