Indian Oil Refineries Operate at Peak Rate

Indian Oil Corp.’s (IOC) refineries operated at 100% capacity in November as consumption of all petroleum products slowly returns to pre-Covid levels. This is the first time since February that IOC’s refineries have operated at full capacity, the New Delhi-based company said in a statement Thursday. Run rates were trimmed from March onward after Prime Minister Narendra Modi put the entire nation under lockdown to control the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
