Russia's state-controlled Rosneft awarded a crude oil tender for six months starting in April to trading giants Gunvor and Trafigura as well as Total trading arm Totsa and China's CEFC Energy. Previous tender recipients also included trading giant Glencore, but the Swiss trader was notably absent this time.
