Shell to Supply First Carbon-Neutral LNG

Royal Dutch Shell has signed a master agreement with Tokyo Gas and GS Energy to supply the world’s first carbon-neutral LNG to help buyers address their carbon dioxide emissions. Shell said Tuesday it will buy carbon credits from a global portfolio of nature-based projects that will offset the full CO2 emissions generated, from the exploration and production of gas through to use by the final consumer.
