Bloomingdale's brought the Middle East to the Upper West Side on the evening of December 10 for the celebration of its first location outside of the U.S. Through a partnership with Al Tayer Insignia, the luxury retail division of diversified conglomerate El Tayer Group, the U.S. retailer will open an apparel store as well as a home store at The Dubai Mall in 2010.
