Norway has a new petroleum and energy minister to replace Kjell-Borge Freiberg, who stepped down on Wednesday following a cabinet reshuffle by the Conservative-led coalition government. Norway's Prime Minister Erna Solberg reportedly told a press conference that the cabinet changes were made at the request of its right-wing coalition partner the Progress Party.
