Australia’s Western Gas is seeking a partner for the firm’s planned 2 million ton/yr floating LNG (FLNG) project to monetize its 2 Tcf Equus gas development off Western Australia. The Perth-based independent has hired Goldman Sachs to act as financial adviser following the completion of a development plan by McDermott and Baker Hughes (IOD Mar.18’19).
