Abu Dhabi National Oil Co.(Adnoc)has secured a top credit rating from ratings agency Fitch,which should help broaden the state-owned oil giant’s investor base and financing options.Adnoc,in a statement,said it had been assigned a long-term issuer default rating(IDR)of AA with a stable outlook in line with the sovereign rating of Abu Dhabi,holder of almost all of the United Arab Emirates’hydrocarbon reserves and the sole owner of the oil and gas producer.Adnoc also secured a stand-alone credit rating of AA+.
