China Grants More Product Export Quotas

China’s commerce ministry has released 3.14 million tons of third-party processing export quotas to the country’s four main state-run refiners,raising the volume they are allowed to export in this year’s first batch of quotas.The same companies received general trade export quotas worth 18.36 million tons in late December.
