UK-listed Petrofac says production from its West Don and Don Southwest fields in the UK North Sea has switched over as planned from export via shuttle tanker to export via pipeline to the Thistle platform operated by Swedish independent Lundin. The news underlines the synergies between the nearby assets, which both companies have just announced they will combine in new North Sea player EnQuest (IOD Mar.5,p3).
