Taiwan's domestic oil products con- sumption dropped to 832,700 b/d in Octo- ber, down by 3.7% from 864,900 b/d a year ago, according to data released by the Energy Bureau. Naphtha consumption averaged 286,200 b/d, down 4.3% from last year, while gaso- line demand also dipped by 0.7% to 149,800 b/d. LPG consumption was down by 40.9% to 38,900 b/d. Jet fuel demand rose by 9% to 41,800 b/d, followed by a 6% hike in fuel oil consumption to 129,500 b/d and a 2.3% rise in gas oil demand to 92,800 b/d.
