Finland's Neste Oil said Monday that it has started up the world's largest renewable diesel plant in Singapore. The Singapore plant cost around ?550 million ($752 billion) to build and has a ca- pacity of 800,000 metric tons per year. Pro- duction of its NExBTL renewable diesel will be ramped up on a phased basis, the compa- ny said in a statement.
