Petrobras Production Drops

Brazil's state-controlled Petrobras pro- duced over 2.097 million barrels per day of oil and natural gas liquids in September, down 3.5% from August's total due to lower production in Brazil. Petrobras blamed the shutdown of its Urucu natural gas processing unit and two offshore oil production platforms, P-35 and PGP-1, for part of the decline. Petrobras shut down P-35 in August after a fire.
