Providence Farms Out Stake

Ireland’s Providence Resources has agreed with heavy oil specialist Nautical Petroleum to farm out a 40% equity interest in the North Celtic Sea Basin licensing option 10/1, containing the Baltimore discovery. The deal is subject to Irish governmental approval.
