Shell may restart its 325,000 b/d Ho- Ho pipeline, which was shut after a recent oil spill, according to the US Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administra- tion (PHMSA). “PHMSA has issued a Corrective Action Order (CAO) to Shell Pipelines LLC on their Houma to Houston pipeline and has approved the company's plan to return the line to service under the strict guidelines outlined in the CAO,” a PHMSA represen- tative said.
