New Zealand infrastructure owner Infratil said Monday that documentation for the planned purchase of Royal Dutch Shell's sales and distribution business in New Zealand is at "an advanced stage," with the deal expected to complete on Mar. 31. The buyer is a consortium grouping Infratil and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund (IOD Dec.22,p6).
