CPC Inks Equipment Deals

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) has inked 15 equipment supply deals as it starts work on doubling capaci- ty. Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft — which manages Russia’s 31% stake in the line, which runs from the giant Tengiz oil field in Kazakhstan to a terminal near the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiysk — said the deals are valued at a total of $550 million.
