Airline Industry on Mend

The latest financial monitor issued by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) shows an industry on the mend. Financial results improved to break-even or better for member carriers based everywhere except in Europe. And for the first time in May, passenger traffic and freight volumes exceeded pre-recession levels.
